　　5月12日凌晨5点多，山东青岛西海岸新区海西湾，一个红蓝配色的“大碗”迎着晨光，离港启运。此刻，几公里外，我国最大的半潜工程船“新光华号”正“翘首以盼”，等待“大碗”的到来。

　　“大碗”名叫“海葵一号”，是亚洲首艘圆筒型浮式生产储卸油装置。该装置集原油生产、存储、外输等功能于一体，被网友们昵称为“超级能源碗”，也是完全由我国自主设计建造的海上油气加工厂。

　　离港前，记者走进“大碗”，国之重器切实可感。

　　“碗”有多大？“‘碗口’直径超90米，300人围起来才能环抱一圈，最高处61米。主甲板面积相当于13个标准篮球场，总重约3.7万吨，最大排水量10万吨。”中国海油海油工程“海葵一号”加工设计经理陈品介绍。

　　“碗”里有啥？“碗”内有41个独立舱室，大小不一，功能各异，分别承担压载、储油等不同任务。“碗”上共装载电气、动力等八大功能模块，集成713台关键设备，电缆总长可绕北京五环路5圈还多。

　　“碗”有多强？它的最大储油量达6万立方米，每天能处理近6000立方米原油，可供90万辆小汽车使用。设计寿命30年，可连续运行15年不回坞。

　　以往，海上油气加工厂多设计为船型结构。“海葵一号”为何设计为碗状？“相较传统的船型，圆筒结构钢材用量少、整体稳定性好，能更好抵御深水油气开采所面临的复杂海况。”中国海油海油工程流花油田总包项目经理舒伟介绍。

　　浮式生产储卸油装置，因集成程度高、建造难度大，被誉为海洋工程领域“皇冠上的明珠”，而圆筒型浮式生产储卸油装置，则被业界看作是“明珠中的明珠”。

　　“圆筒型船体均为异形分段，各分段之间重量重心、安装精度相互制约，建造过程中最大的挑战就是精度控制。”舒伟说，“90多米直径的船体，合拢后主尺度公差必须控制在25毫米以内，仅有一枚1元硬币的大小。”

　　创新采用高精度坐标控制网、三维模拟搭载等数字化先进技术，项目团队搭建了精度“全覆盖天网”系统，全天候、无死角对各分段进行实时位置监控，实现船体合拢一次就位成功率100%，精度控制达到国际先进水平。

　　目前，“大碗”正运往位于南海的我国首个深水油田流花油田，将与亚洲第一深水导管架平台“海基二号”共同服役。

　　中国海油深圳分公司流花油田开发项目副总经理张宁介绍，“圆筒型浮式生产储卸油装置+深水导管架平台”的联合开发模式，可大幅提高采收率，将油田生产寿命延长近30年，开发成本则降低近10亿元，为我国深水油气田经济高效开发提供新选择。（人民日报）
